HOW DO I FIND THE PRICES FOR ITEMS ON THE SITE?
Just go to the contacts page of this site and e-mail or fax us a request for pricing. Please also include details of your business and your ABN as Tamboril is a wholesale only business.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
E-mail or fax us your order along with all of your contact details. We will then send you a proforma invoice which details all of the stock which we are able to ship to you. The invoice will include charges for freight and GST. Upon receipt of your payment for the proforma invoice, we will ship the goods to you within 2 working days.
IS ALL STOCK AVAILABLE AND HOW SOON CAN I RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?
As our gorgeous goodies come from a variety of different factories and countries we would prefer you allow us to deliver your order as it becomes available (and as it is worthwhile to do so).
If you request that we wait until everything is available, you may miss out on some items as we do not have the space to pre-pack orders and store them in our warehouse for all customers whilst we wait for further stock arrivals.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept payment by Direct Deposit, MasterCard, Visa or cheque. We do not accept Diners or Amex.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
There is no minimum order amount for stock. However some items are sold in minimum quantities of 3’s, 6’s or 12’s of an item. Also remember that you will be charged freight on the goods, so it does make sense for the order to justify the freight charge you will incur.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST IN FREIGHT?
In addition to the total of your goods, we will charge you freight at the going rate charged by our transport company. This will be dependent upon the dollar value, actual packed size of the order and your location.
When you place an order with us there will be one freight charge put on the bottom of your order, if we deliver your order in two or three drops we will amortize the initial cost over the number of shipments. Please note you will not be charged more than the original freight amount in total.
CAN I VISIT THE SHOWROOM?
Of course you are welcome to visit our showroom, please just call to ensure we are there – the showroom is open weekdays between 10.00 and 5.30.

Contact us with the request and we will put you in contact with the nearest retailer. In some circumstances we will ship to customers who have difficulty in getting to a retailer. Such transactions are a recommended retail price inclusive of GST with freight charged accordingly.
